Since 3 October 2017, Alexander Vyacheslavovich Nuzhdin holds the position of General Director of the group of companies Ocher Machine-building Plant. He has successful working experience at a senior management level at large Russian companies. He applies modern management technologies skillfully.
The replacement of the management teams is chiefly a response to the challenges that almost every enterprise in the country has to face today. In the increasingly competitive environment, proven, but obsolete management methods cease to be effective and do not allow to address the set challenges, keep and gain the company's market share.
Mikhail Vladimirovich Nekrasov, having worked at the OMBP for about 40 years, ran the plant until November and decided to retire. Aleksey Vladimirovich Tiunov, an resident of Ocher who previously held the position of Deputy Director for Production, was appointed Executive Director. Aleksey started working at the plant in 1998, worked as an engineer, and since 2006 has been Deputy Director. Tiunov proved to be a competent and experienced manager.
During the meeting with plant workers, Nuzhdin, new General Director, spoke about the plant development plan and answered critical questions about the nearest future: "The rotation of the management team will not negatively affect workers and employees of the plant. No layoffs or redundancies are expected. On the contrary, the reorganization implies expansion of production and, as a result, an increase in the number of jobs".
