Fixed supports

During pipeline installation, supports are installed on metal structures or attached to reinforced concrete frame inserts. To protect pipelines from the harmful effects of stray currents, all types of supports can be manufactured with electrically insulating gaskets.

The main elements of a fixed pipeline support are: steel pipe cups, steel flange, polyurethane foam insulation, galvanized or polyethylene casing, shrinkable thermal tape for moisture protection.

The material most often used to manufacture pipeline supports is carbon steel. In design documentation, along with the type and size of the products, the steel grade is indicated, for example, for northern regions, low-alloy frost-resistant steels 09G2S and 17G1S are used.

The fixed PPU support is also produced at our plant.
