Bored pile

Piles are intended for the arrangement of foundations of movable and fixed pipeline supports.

Piles are made of pipes with an external diameter of Dnom = 325, 426, 377 mm with a wall thickness of at least Snom = 7 mm GOST 10705-80, GOST 8732-80. The typical external coating of the pile is a two-layer epoxy applied in factory conditions. The type and kind of anti-corrosion coating of the pile is specified when ordering.

Due to the high bearing capacity, when screwing, the inter-turn soil gaps are not loosened, but on the contrary, are compacted by the blade, thanks to which the screw pile is screwed into the ground like a screw. The pile is screwed below the depth of soil freezing.

After screwing, the piles are cut to level, a special support sleeve (head) is welded to the upper part for mounting the grillage frame of the pipeline supports.
