Perm Region Governor visited Ocher Machine-Building Plant
Dmitry Makhonin discussed HR, cooperation with Stroganov College and production development with OMZ management.
The Governor noted how much OMZ has changed in recent years.
— Thanks to government support, two new production areas have been opened here and more than 150 new jobs created. One key issue for the plant is personnel. We discussed expanding cooperation between OMZ and Stroganov College, which trains specialists for the enterprise. We agreed to continue practical training of students directly at production and to conclude more targeted contracts with college students. In addition, OMZ employees undergo professional retraining at the college, — said Dmitry Makhonin.
