The Governor drew attention to how much OMZ has changed in recent years.

—Thanks to government support, two new production lines have been opened here and more than 150 new jobs have been created. One of the key issues for the plant is personnel. They discussed expanding cooperation between OMZ and Stroganov College, which trains specialists for the enterprise. They agreed that it is necessary to continue practical training for students directly at the production site and to more actively conclude targeted contracts with college students.
