The laser cutting machine receives the task directly from the process chart and helps to reduce metal consumption. Plasma cutting equipment, a machine for chamfering pipes of different diameters and CNC bending and rolling machines allow for the production of parts with high precision without the need for subsequent manual processing.

Corrosion-resistant products

Protection of finished products from corrosion is carried out using modern coatings of both domestic and foreign manufacture. The surface is prepared in shot blasting chambers in accordance with GOST R ISO 8501-1-2014. Paints are applied using airless spraying units. There is also equipment for applying coatings to the inner surface of pipes.

Non-destructive testing

If non-destructive testing of welds is required, we have the necessary equipment and certified specialists to perform this work. We also have extensive experience in the manufacture of metal structures such as cooling towers, span structures, antenna and floodlight masts, process buildings, piles and pipeline supports.

Powerful cranes

The metal structure workshop has 8 overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 10 tons.

  1. Cutting metal on guillotine shears up to 20 mm thick and 3000 mm long;
    on the IK thermal cutting machine up to 40 mm thick, the cutting length is not limited;
    on the STRELA PL unit up to 100 mm thick, using a copier;
    laser cutting of blanks on the Laser Cut unit up to 20 mm thick.
