The building structures workshop of JSC Ocher Machine-Building Plant is a modern production area launched in 2023 to manufacture formwork and related components. The workshop complements the plant's existing capacity and allows OMZ to expand its product range for the construction industry.

The production site covers 6,000 m² and is equipped with specialized process equipment: a profile rolling line, welding robots, powder coating lines, and other modern installations. This enables production of up to 300 tonnes of products per month while maintaining stable product quality.

The workshop manufactures formwork system components, including tie screws, nuts, toothed and wedge locks, anchors, and other elements. To speed up deliveries, the plant maintains a constant warehouse stock of key products, enabling shipment of orders in the shortest possible time.

The building structures workshop strengthens OMZ's production base and makes the plant more flexible for construction market needs. Modern equipment, warehouse stock, and in-house capacity enable reliable formwork components and supply customers with products in the required volumes.
