The metal structures workshop of JSC Ocher Machine-Building Plant is a full-cycle production area for manufacturing metal structures for industrial, construction, and infrastructure applications. It covers the main metal processing stages: cutting, bending and rolling, welding, machining, assembly, shot blasting, painting, and preparation of finished products for shipment.
The workshop can produce both standard and custom metal structures according to customer drawings and technical specifications. The site manufactures supports, frames, beams, trusses, pipeline infrastructure elements, process structures, masts, span structures, and other products used in industry, construction, energy, and the oil and gas sector.
Special attention is paid to product quality and durability. During production, geometry, weld quality, surface condition, and compliance with design documentation are controlled. Shot blasting preparation and modern paint coatings are used to protect metal from corrosion.
The laser cutting system receives jobs directly from the process card and helps reduce metal consumption. Plasma cutting equipment, a pipe beveling machine for various diameters, and CNC bending and rolling machines enable high-precision part production without subsequent manual finishing.
Finished products are protected with modern coatings from both domestic and international manufacturers. Surfaces are prepared in shot-blasting chambers per GOST R ISO 8501-1-2014. Paint materials are applied with airless spray units. Equipment is also available for coating the internal surface of pipes.
When non-destructive testing of welds is required, we have the necessary equipment and certified specialists to perform the work. We also have extensive experience manufacturing metal structures such as cooling towers, span structures, antenna and floodlight masts, process buildings, piles, and pipeline supports.
