Repair of pump rods
We perform deep repairs of pump rods, using innovative technologies, including the method of radial-shear screw rolling. We restore the functionality of worn rods, significantly improving their mechanical characteristics by creating a fine-grained metal structure. Laboratory tests
We conduct mechanical tests of metal, metallographic and chemical analyses to check the compliance of products with GOST and API standards. Each product undergoes thorough testing, which is confirmed by quality certificates.
The main tasks of the laboratory:
- Mechanical testing of metal — determination of physical properties of materials under load;
- Metallographic analysis — analysis of the structure of materials to assess their microstructural characteristics;

- Additional certification tests — performing tests required for product certification according to international and national standards.
Laser and waterjet cutting
Laser or waterjet cutting of metals of different thicknesses allows to create parts of complex geometry with high precision and efficiency. Calibrated steel circle
