Development of design documentation

• Oilfield equipment — rods and couplings, pumps, scrapers and centralizers of various designs, wellhead equipment, rod rotators;
• Pipeline equipment — movable supports, free-moving supports, fixed supports, bow supports for trunk pipeline systems;
• Prefabricated metal structures — antenna masts, lighting, floodlight, cooling towers, and other industrial facilities according to the developed KMD. All welded joints of metal structures are carried out according to the specification and in strict accordance with the drawings. Any metal structures can be manufactured according to the customer's technical documentation. The order fulfillment period depends on their complexity.

The KM (Metal Structures) development stage includes: collecting loads, performing statistical and dynamic calculations, explanatory notes, drawings, assembly diagrams, and drawing up a technical specification for the metal. It establishes the basic provisions of the manufacturing technology of structures: division into shipping elements, the order and methods of manufacturing parts, assembly and welding, methods for forming mounting holes, volumes of general and control assemblies, the purpose of materials for protecting structures from corrosion and manufacturing quality control methods.

All this and much more is sufficient to justify the design decisions taken, determine the volumes of the main construction and installation works, the need for building structures, materials, as well as to correctly determine the estimated cost of structures based on aggregated indicators and the possibility of conducting an examination.

The stage of preparation of KMD (Metal structures, detail drawings) includes the development of working documentation for the manufacture of building metal structures. Drawings of the KMD stage are made on the basis of the KM stage project, taking into account the technological features, equipment and capabilities of the plant manufacturing metal structures."
