Разработка конструкторской документации
АО «Очёрский машиностроительный завод» выполняет разработку конструкторской документации для металлоконструкций, нефтепромыслового и трубопроводного оборудования. В составе конструкторского отдела работают более 20 инженеров-конструкторов и инженеров-технологов, что позволяет вести проекты разной сложности — от технического задания до рабочей и эксплуатационной документации.
Специалисты ОМЗ разрабатывают документацию стадий КМ и КМД, выполняют прочностные расчёты, формируют монтажные схемы, спецификации металла и рабочие чертежи для производства. Проектирование ведётся в САПР «Компас» с учётом технологических возможностей предприятия, требований к сборке, сварке, защите от коррозии и контролю качества.
Конструкторская документация может быть подготовлена для нефтепромыслового оборудования, опор трубопроводов, мачт, градирен, технологических зданий и других сборных металлоконструкций. При необходимости завод также изготавливает продукцию по технической документации заказчика, адаптируя решения под реальные условия производства.
Комплексный подход позволяет заказчику получить не просто комплект чертежей, а технически обоснованное решение, пригодное для расчёта объёмов работ, определения потребности в материалах, прохождения экспертизы и последующего запуска изделия в производство.
