Sucker Rod Couplings with a Protector
Couplings with a protector are used to join the sucker rods into the string during oil extraction from oil wells. The couplings differ from conventional joint sleeves by the presence of a protector made of a tearproof material. Using couplings with protectors reduces the wear of tubing joints and increases reliability of the rod string.
