Wheelpair SONK – old axle, new wheel.
The wheelpair consists of the РУ1 or РУ1-Ш axle (according to the GOST 22780-93), all-rolled wheels (according to the GOST 10791-2011) and is equipped with cylindrical roller bearings in the journal box. The cavity of the journal box is filled with lubricant grease.
The wheelpair is equipped with journal boxes on roller bearings with shrink fit of inner races on the axle neck. The butt mounting of the bearings on the axle is carried out with an М110 castle nut, a retainer plate, two М12 bolts and tab washers. The wheelpair is equipped with all-rolled wheels (according to the GOST 9036-88), and an РУ1 axle (according to the GOST 22780-93). Wheelpairs are supplied complete with an axle equipment.
