Development of Design Documentation
The Ocher Machine-building Plant provides services in designing metal structures. The design department of the plant consists of more than 20 employees, which allows us to develop design documentation of any complexity in a short time. Currently, the Plant can develop both Metal Structures and Detailed Metal Structures documentation.
The department includes design engineers with a higher technical education and experience in the development of technical documentation projects at all stages of production from the target specification to the operating documentation. Industrial engineers develop documentation on preproduction, rationing of materials, designing of instrumentation, cutting and measuring tools. The number of employees is 15.
Executed Works: Design documentation is developed by means of the computer-aided design "Kompas". The strength calculations for the output products are carried out. Design Projects: Oil production – sucker rods, couplings, scratchers and centralizers of different design, well heads, rod rotators. Pipeline equipment – flexible, loose, achor-type, loop-type supports for the main trunk pipeline systems. Fabricated metal structures, antenna and searchlight towers, cooling towers, and other industrial facilities developed by Detailed Metal Structures documentation. All welded joints of metal structures are made according to the specifications and in strict accordance with drawings. Any metal structures can be manufactured by a customer's technical documentation. The deadline for the execution of orders depends on their complexity.
The stage of development of Metal Structures documentation includes: summary of loads, statistical and dynamic calculations, explanatory notes, drawings, wiring diagrams, as well as technical specification for a metal. The main provisions of the manufacturing technology for structures are established: the division for pre-fabricated elements, the order and methods of manufacturing parts, assembling and welding, the methods of forming mounting holes, the volume of general and check assembly, the assignment of materials for the protection of structures from corrosion, and methods of quality control.
All this and much more is sufficient to justify design solutions, determine the scope of basic construction-and-assembling operations, the need for building structures and materials, and to correctly estimate the aggregate-based estimated cost of structures and the possibility of performing an expert examination. The stage of development of Detailed Metal Structures documentation includes the development of detail documentation for manufacturing construction metal structures. Drawings for detailed metal structures are based on metal structure projects, and technological characteristics, equipment and facilities of a plant producing metal structures are taken into account.
