The rod is made of carbon steels (grades 35...50 according to the GOST 1050-88), manganese steels (35G...50G according to GOST 4543-7 with the tensile strength at 620...830 N/mm^2), alloy steels (grades 30ХМ…38ХМ, 38Х2МЮА, 20ХНМ, 20ХН2М, 15Н2М, 15НМ, 20Н2М, 20НМ according to the GOST 4543-71 with the tensile strength at 655…965 N/mm^2), or stainless steel with the minimum tensile strength at 793 N/mm^2.
