Representatives of the Ocher Machine-building Plant met with representatives of the KERUI GROUP corporation.
KERUI GROUP is an international company that works comprehensively in the production of high-tech oil-producing equipment and is one of the world's leading companies in the development, manufacture and supply of drilling equipment, as well as providing EPC general contracting services in China.
The interaction and possible prospects of cooperation in the field of packaged supplies of equipment to vertically integrated oil companies in Russia and CIS countries were discussed. The aims of future cooperation in the supply of equipment and logistics for the near future were singled.

By Ocher: the head of the region began his visit to western districts of Perm Krai with our town.
In 1990s, the Ocher Machine-building Plant, like many Russian enterprises, experienced a streak of bad luck: mass layoffs of workers began, workshops crumbled, communication lines decayed, the production curtailed every year. As a result, the town-forming industrial giant soon turned into a gloomy monument from the "wild capitalism" era. Now it's probably impossible to find the people who caused the collapse of the unique plant: as it is said in a famous Russian novel in verse, some are far distant, some are dead... But temporary workers fell into oblivion, and after that totally different people came to the plant – competent, willing to revive the once powerful enterprise, and, above all, local – from Ocher.

05.03.2017 Zapolyarye – Purpe Oil Pipeline

In October 2010, engineering surveying began on the route of the future pipeline. At the very beginning, the builders saw the main problem they would have to solve: 70% of the route was situated in the permafrost zone, and almost half of it was swamped. Having weighed all the pros and cons, the company's specialists decided to combine the above-ground and subsurface pipelining. More than 300 km of the pipe had to be laid above the ground on supports, and 170 km were to be laid by the usual subsurface method.

The personnel of the Ocher Machine-building Plant trading house took part in the North-Western Economic Forum, which was held on December 10 in St. Petersburg. The President and the Government of the Russian Federation gave clear instructions in the direction of import substitution.

15.09.2015 Participation in the Transit Kazakhstan 2015 Exhibition

"OMZ" OAO took part in the Transit Kazakhstan 2015 exhibition, where topical issues of the development of transport and logistics were discussed. The topic of cooperation of companies from different countries in this field was touched upon by participants from 13 countries who also took part in the 19th exhibition in Almaty. This year, 130 companies from Belarus, Germany, Georgia, Kazakhstan, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, the USA, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Finland, France and Estonia took part in the exhibition.

Within the producing well stock of "RN-Yuganskneftegaz" OOO, the analysis of the marginal well stock operation by extraction methods was conducted.

01.12.2014 Testing Tandem Pumping Plants

As part of the improvement of sucker-rod screw pumps program, tandem pumping plants, drive strings of ring-cross section sucker-rod screw pumps (hollow sucker rods) and rod blades were tested at the development sites of "Sheshmaoil" OAO. Theoretical calculation showed that during the angular strain of the details, the biggest stresses occur in the surface layers of a torsion shaft, in the central part they are much smaller, and on the longitudinal axis they are zero.

12.11.2014 Pilot Testing Results Reviewed

The tests were successfully passed, and the results of the pilot testing were reviewed. In April 2013, in cooperation with "Udmurtneft" OAO, a project was launched to determine the reliability and performance of the restored sucker rods. The aim of the project was to make a decision on the practicability of using the proposed technology for repairing sucker rods at "Udmurtneft" OAO.

"OMZ" OAO delivered metal structures of longitudinal guide and loose supports used for overground pipelining of DN500 pipes ("YAMAL" oil pipeline system, pilot section) installed on two-pile foundations using a foundation frame. Longitudinal guide and loose supports are designed on the ground of special specifications of the TNK-VR oil company.

During the working trip in the region, Viktor Basargin, the governor of Perm Krai, visited Ochersky district. The plan of the trip included visits to a number of industrial facilities, including the Ocher Machine-building Plant. "TD OMZ" ZAO Office Welcomes Its Clients to a New Address! The company's management chose a mansion under the supervision of Moskomarkhitektura (Moscow Architecture and Urban Planning Committee) in the historic center of Moscow as the new location of the office. At different times the mansion belonged to the son of the head of Moscow Shcherbatov and to Prince Obolensky. The building was completely renovated in 2007, and its original architectural appearance was entirely preserved. Good transport accessibility with exits to the main city thoroughfares, proximity to metro stations and spacious cozy rooms create comfortable conditions for effective work.
